The three kinds of
Viking Rise bot

Every option in this market is one of three things wearing different marketing. Knowing which one you are looking at tells you more than any feature list — including where we are the wrong choice.

1. Emulator bots on your own PC

A script drives Android emulators on your desktop. The most common shape by far, and usually the most capable — a mature one automates building, training, events and gathering together.

  • Best for: one or two accounts you want fully automated, on a machine you do not otherwise need.
  • Real cost: the PC. RAM per account, power around the clock, and a computer that is busy whenever the bot is.
  • Fails at: scale and unattendance. Ten accounts is a hardware project, and every crash or reboot is gathering you lost.

2. Homemade scripts

Your own automation, built on a generic tool or from scratch. Free, completely under your control, and the only option where nobody else ever holds your credentials.

  • Best for: people who enjoy the building as much as the game.
  • Real cost: your time, permanently. Every game update is your problem to fix, on the evening it lands.
  • Fails at: staying alive. Most of these work beautifully for a month and are abandoned by the third patch.

3. Cloud services

Someone else runs the accounts on their hardware and charges per account per month. Nothing of yours runs, nothing of yours breaks, and you are trusting a third party with account access.

  • Best for: several accounts, run unattended, by someone who would rather pay than maintain.
  • Real cost: a subscription, and the trust. Your credentials sit with the provider — that is the trade, and it should be stated plainly.
  • Fails at: breadth and control. You get the features the service chose to build, and nothing else.
Where we are the wrong choice

vikingsBot is a cloud service that does exactly one thing: gather resources on the map. If you want building, training, rallies or event automation, a mature emulator bot will serve you better and we would rather say so here than take a subscription from someone who wanted something else. If you want one account fully automated and already have a spare PC, that is also not us.

What to compare, instead of feature lists

Feature tables are easy to write and easy to inflate. These four questions separate the options much faster:

  • What does the tenth account cost? For cloud it is the same as the first. For emulators it may be a new machine.
  • What happens when it breaks at 3am? Somebody has to notice. Ask who.
  • Who holds the credentials? You, for a local bot. The provider, for any cloud service, ours included.
  • How much of the game does it touch? More automation is more convenience, and a larger surface to notice.

Questions, answered.

Which type of Viking Rise bot is safest?

None of them is safe — automation is against the game's terms whichever way it runs. What actually moves the risk is behaviour: how often it acts, whether it modifies the client, and how much of the game it touches. See our page on ban risk for the detail.

Is a free bot good enough?

For one account, often yes — if you have the PC to run it on and the patience to fix it when the game updates. Free bots cost time rather than money, and the bill arrives on patch day.

Why does vikingsBot only gather?

Because gathering is the job that is pure attendance — the one where a bot genuinely beats a person, by being there at hours you are not. The rest of the game rewards decisions, and automating decisions badly is worse than not automating them.

Can I use more than one at a time?

Not on the same game account — two sessions will log each other out. Different accounts running different tools is fine.

Pick the one
that fits.

If a cloud gathering service is the shape you want, add your accounts and let them start gathering.
